Great Experience! I just purchased a car from rothrock and my salesperson, Chris, was great! He got us the price we wanted and was very attentive and answered all of my questions, calls and emails. He made sure that I had everything I needed and wasn’t too pushy when browsing cars. He made a list of cars in my price range and was open to looking at others I was also interested in. I had my insurance and registration all settled quickly and in the dealership. I definitely recommend Rothrock over other places I went to, who provided rude service and told us they did not negotiate. Rothrock was a nice surprise and I found my dream car, I can’t thank them enough! More

Never going to rothrock again I expressed an issue to your service manager and he proceeded to become angry when I said I was going to post bad reviews due to my issue. He said t I expressed an issue to your service manager and he proceeded to become angry when I said I was going to post bad reviews due to my issue. He said that by me stating that I would put a bad review online which is my right to do as a consumer is a threat. I don’t take kindly to that kinda behavior when your service department didn’t check my breaks as I originally asked. Then when I noticed that the breaks weren’t checked they decided to do a visual inspection and told me it would be fine until next oil change. 2,000 miles later it went to breaks, rotors and almost calipers. I was trapped 2 hours from home unable to move my car. I was just expressing my concerns, I didn’t ask for anything and all I did was state that I would write a bad review. Then your service manager decides to act unprofessional. So for this reason I will never return for this reason I will tell everyone I know not to do business with your company. Why because that is my right as a consumer. All your service manger had to do was say I am sorry that happened, it’s your right to post a review and these are the steps we are going to take in the future to make sure this doesn’t occur again. More
