Won't ever buy from them again. Last year I purchased a vehicle from Rothrock, it will be my last...last year I purchased a Murano, thought it was AWD..no one told me anything differ Last year I purchased a vehicle from Rothrock, it will be my last...last year I purchased a Murano, thought it was AWD..no one told me anything different, thought the price was good for a used 2014 Murano with AWD...traded in my AWD for this...2 weeks later I received my insurance card in the mail and it said 2WD...shocked as I was...called the dealership and was promised to bring it back, they'd put me in an AWD vehicle...well I tried it over the winter and got stuck so I took it back there Friday, August 30th, Drove a new Nissan Rogue and decided to go for that, because I must have AWD..I got divorced this past year and had a bankruptcy, and was told today that none of their banks will be able to get me a loan...I might say, I drove to another dealership and purchased a brand new 2020 AWD vehicle...I am happy with my purchase, but not here at Rothrock...wont recomend them to anyone..Horrible... More
