I also asked about a quote for a dent on my car. I explained that I would pay for this out of pocket. They didn't give me the quote until the day the car was ready for pick up. This is very poor. Also the cost for this was way overpriced. All it needed was a paint job. The point is that they did a great job fixing my car. The customer service could have been better. More

My EV vehicle needed inspection and yearly routine maintenance, I was concerned about the EV battery. I did not receive a report on the condition of my battery.
