Great buying experience Brian Crouse was so nice! Not pushy,very knowledgeable on the vehicles I was looking at. He gave me every choice- what vehicle to test drive- which o Brian Crouse was so nice! Not pushy,very knowledgeable on the vehicles I was looking at. He gave me every choice- what vehicle to test drive- which one I wanted to buy-never pushed his ideas on me! All my doing which I appreciate. I went to other dealerships- they pick the vehicle to test drive- then try to push their sale on you! Or don’t bother doing anything! Brian- Thank you- awesome! Nothings ever easy 38 months on a lease and it’s still a struggle . Months of back and forth over a computer screen finally fixed by a 3 rd party mechanic on my dime . N 38 months on a lease and it’s still a struggle . Months of back and forth over a computer screen finally fixed by a 3 rd party mechanic on my dime . Now since I’ve only put 15,000 on a 39,000 mile lease I merely want a figure to buy out my lease and find out the procedure . Twice I’ve been called by Rothrock to ask my plans since the lease is nearing the end . I was going to be transfer to the guy handling the lease , both times a call was never returned . I then call and physically get the answering machine and told he’s currently working with another customer , not a problem I leave the info ..... still no call . It’s easier getting into West Point than dealing with the personnel . Yet sadly I’ll receive a call tomorrow after the review gets read and forwarded to upper management . If the people on the line did their jobs writing a bad review to get a response wouldn’t be necessary . Bottom line is it’s been a bad marriage , I just want to buy out the vehicle and move on . More

Need more staff in the service center phone lines The phone calls to service center usually go to voicemail and takes a very long period of time for a response. I've attempted several times to contact The phone calls to service center usually go to voicemail and takes a very long period of time for a response. I've attempted several times to contact about the new issues appearing in my car after repairs. Still waiting to hear back on the voicemail left from a week and half ago. Partial service or leftover issues after service had happened to me twice in a row in last two consecutive visits. Never used to happen until 2018. Recommendation to customers to drive in the parking lot and test before you leave. Can't trust the Rothrock brand anymore. In general the staff (if you can get hold of) are extremely nice and very caring. It must be the process that's leaving the services not done to the expectations. I'm still going to give one more chance as I belive in the rule of three strikes. More

I really appreciated Chris’s selling style; He was very informative about the features of each car, and was very patient with my decision making process. I really appreciated that he understood what I was looking for, and did not try to sell me something out of my price range or that did not meet my needs. I really appreciated how communicative he was and how hard he worked. Mike was very efficient with the paperwork and super helpful in assisting me while I answered questions for my auto insurance company. Tony was so pleasant, made me feel right at home while I waited for my turn with paperwork, and went out of his way to make sure this car gift is just right for my son. I mentioned to him that I noticed how happy the employees of Rothrock seem, and that it is apparent they enjoy their jobs. Thank you for sharing that pleasantry with your customers. Usually when I bring my vehicle in for service through the express lane, I'm there 2 hours. I had also made an appointment on line for the express service, but it never was put in the computer. Keith was able to get my vehicle in asap closest to the appointment time. I was only there 1 hour. More
