Kinda not happy with the last service visit. Quoted price of $400.00 for repair was overpriced. A 50+ dollar mark up on the part versus online and the labor was double dipped because diagnostic involved remo of $400.00 for repair was overpriced. A 50+ dollar mark up on the part versus online and the labor was double dipped because diagnostic involved removal of the defective part for testing and checking the wire connections then reinstalling so the overall estimate should’ve been cheaper and the falling apart rear wiper blade was missed on the courtesy inspection even though the checklist said it was good. Makes you wonder what else is bad that was checked off as good. More

Told service department i had to be done in an hour because i had and appointment . I told them this when i scheduled the week before that i couldn't miss...2.5hrs later my truck was done and i missed because i had and appointment .
