I needed a few things addressed. I was hearing a rattling coming from my engine, and I needed a tail gate brake light wired to my reverse light. As well as routine oil change. I had great customer service wi coming from my engine, and I needed a tail gate brake light wired to my reverse light. As well as routine oil change. I had great customer service with Keith Freed, as well as with the technician working on my Ram. He took me to my truck to show me what the noise could be. He tighten bolts that were loose on my bully bar. And showed me my heat shield was rusted. He also wired my after market tail gate brake light with no issue. This dealership is great! Compared to the awful experience I had with another Ram dealership located in Emmaus. More
