He was very kind and welcoming, not pushy at all. He told about about the jeeps they had available (I was very particular about the year, mileage and trim) and gave me the appropriate space and comfort to explore them. I was able to test drive and really look at all the details of the Jeep that I liked without feeling like someone was hovering over my shoulder. My credit isn’t great and I didn’t have a co-signer, so I was worried about being approved for a loan but Michael and Jose did their thing and got me approved! With a good interest rate too! On top of that they have a insurance specialist too, Gayle, and she helped me get a great quote. She also spoke to the Geico customer service representative when I was signing papers so I had one less thing to stress about. It took me months to find the perfect car for me and I can say that Rothrock was 100% stress free, extremely helpful, and very personable. I got the exact Jeep I wanted with no haggle. They had so many vehicles that had endless options. I can honestly say that I’m going to be a lifetime customer for Rothrock and that’s not just because of the LIFETIME warranty on the vehicle! More
