Finally got to speak to Ron today, he acted like he did not know why I was contacting him. I highly suggest that you forward information to him when refering customers to contact him. I had a confereance call with him that he left in the middle of and did not alert me that he was leaving. So far Rothrock continues to be nothing but problems and customer service issues. Rothrock as a company and the employees that represent them are not customer service oriented at all. I HIGHLY recommend finding another compny to work with.
