During last service, I dropped off at 7:30 AM for specific repair and did not receive call until after I called. By 3 PM, I received call back confirming the repair I knew I already needed (in syste specific repair and did not receive call until after I called. Consequently work did not start until very late in day and was not finished until next day afternoon.
