The service side of the business has deteriorated to the point that when the water pump failed on a 2017 Durango RT I was told it would be two weeks before they could take care of a warranty repair. It's not just that one incident, there have been several that lead up to this final straw. Great sales people, never an issue there, but the service side is letting the business down. More

Took my car in for an oil change brake fluid flush and inspection at 9:30am... they asked if I wanted to wait or come back .. I said I’d come back since I live close and they said it will be done before 3 inspection at 9:30am... they asked if I wanted to wait or come back .. I said I’d come back since I live close and they said it will be done before 3pm which was perfect cause I left for work a little after 3 ... I waited and waited to the point I walked over at 3:45pm and they STILL were not done with my car.. i told them to finish what was being done and return my car cause I would now be late for work .. after reviewing my dash cam footage .. they parked my car in the lot and at 2pm they moved it i side to then start working on it ... unacceptable cause when I had asked the lady what happen she said she didn’t know why it was taking so long More
