I purchased a used Nissan altima from rockroth and all of the staff are very friendly especially with having a little toddler running around! Nick Bencivengo, Patrick Yoder, Don Boyle, and Patrick Jeffers are very knowledgeable about the Nissan family of products. They are easy to talk with and are very approachable. They got us into a beautiful, new 2020 Nissan Murano Platinum AWD vehicle. I was amazed at the knowledge that the team at Rothrock possesses pertaining to Nissan products. Nick Bencivengo and Patrick Yoder always seemed to be available whenever we had a question. In fact, they stated that, in the future, we could contact them at any time if we had any other questions. Patrick Jeffers in the service department and Don Boyle also stated the same thing. Nate Marinelli was prepared and cordial during the processing of the paperwork at the closing of our deal. Nate Marinelli moved through the closing process quickly. Nate is very knowledgeable also. All of our Nissan vehicles have the extended warranties on them. Our previous Nissan Murano had the Easy Care Gold Warranty and the Easy Care Select Warranty. Nick said that the Easy Care Gold and the Easy Care Select Warranties were no longer available. Nick Marinelli stated that these warranties were replaced by and combined into the Easy Care Silver Warranty. Nick placed us in the Easy Care Silver warranty with an 8-year, 150,000 mile warranty. He said the Easy Care Silver warranty had the same exact coverages as the Easy Care Gold and the Easy Care Select Warranties. It is good to know that we will be covered for any problems should they arise over the next 8 years. Nick is also very familiar with the Nissan line of products as he used to be a Nissan sales associate prior to moving into his new role in the Finance Department. Our family owns 4 Nissan vehicles. The Rothrock team treated us as if we were part of the family. Over the years, many of our family members purchased vehicles from the Rothrock family of dealerships. In fact, our first purchase at Rothrock was a Nissan Maxima that we purchased in the early 1990s. Debbie Rothrock, who we knew from a mutual friend and who passed away to soon, treated us as if we were family and got us in to our first Nissan. It is good to see that Rothrock Motor Sales carries on the sense of family to this day. We look forward to many years of driving comfort in our new vehicle. The accounting department here needs to get up . I had and still facing a terrible experience with since I bought my car. I paid for tag$ registration to be processed by them n here I am passed 60 days w and still facing a terrible experience with since I bought my car. I have called the accountant lying dept for over 2 weeks n no one will call back or pickup.i am disappointing n won’t recomend this place to no one I know. Yes they have good cars but the services is a mess esp the accountants dept. More
