I had my 2018 Murano serviced on 12-10-20. I had several services completed, including getting a new key fob. 2 days after service i noticed wgat appeared to be a 6 inch cut un my carpet under front oasseng services completed, including getting a new key fob. 2 days after service i noticed wgat appeared to be a 6 inch cut un my carpet under front oassenger seat. Under the flap in carpet was a serial number. I caled to complsin about tear in carpet. I was notified by email that this is a factory perferated cut in carpet and no one "cut" my carpet.was not informed perferation was going to be pulled out prior to them doing so. Was not told why pull had to be made and am speculating it was to access serial no. I now have flap in carpet ,which us already fraying. Just wished someione woukd have notified me first. More
