If i could give Rothrock less than 1 star, i would. I can't express how unhappy i am with both the sales and service from this horrible dealership. I brought my vehicle in once for a carplay issue. the can't express how unhappy i am with both the sales and service from this horrible dealership. I brought my vehicle in once for a carplay issue. they looked at it and explained that they would have to order parts which would be in in a couple days. Two weeks later the parts are in and they reach out to schedule a service appointment. I bring the vehicle in for the appointment and mention that in addition to the carplay there is an issue with the fuel gauge. The service department was EXTREMELY unfriendly. Three days after dropping off for service i get a call that the carplay needs additional parts ordered which should only take a couple of days. Its been a week and I have not heard anything. I've contacted the service department 3 time and its gone straight to voicemail each time. I have no idea when I will be getting my brand new vehicle back at this point. The dealership has had it for a week and a half at the current time. I would recommend avoiding Rothrock at all costs. They are horrible. I do not want to do business with them any longer. I had also contacted the sales person that sold me the vehicle about the may issues requiring repair on a brand new vehicle. His response was that it is unfortunate but that he suggests "contacting Chrysler" about it. Does this dealership not stand behind their sales? Do they not care once a sale is made and there are major issues? Issues that should have been identified and fixed prior to making a sale? I don't know what to do at this point. I am absolutely disgusted! More

As always you service is amazing and the best of all very honest. Unlike other dealership they will create a lot of problem ( not even related ) that you need to spend thousand of dollars. Very pleased with how my cars repairs were handled in a timely fashion. They even got a little ding out of my door that I was prepared to live with because it was so small.
