Mr. Carl, My explanation of my experience was very concise. Basically, because of an error of your leasing team regarding my registration card. Including the unnecessary running around I did to secure a card which Rothrock had all the time. I spent over five hours trying to getting my leased Jeep with under 5000 miles inspected. Any reputable establishment would have had waved any costs for said inspection based on the fact it was Rothrocks error.
