Ajay is great to work with if you are looking for a used vehicle. My fiancee was looking for a 2019 Cherokee in velvet red, fully loaded, and with very low miles. I noticed on a monday that Rothrock had the exact Jeep she wanted and it only had 11k mikes. It took me a while to finally be able to speak with someone after leaving a few online messages and phone messages, but i finally got in touch with AJ. I explained that lived an hour and a half away and that i didnt want to wait until saturday to see it. He agreed to come in early the next day and i took off of work so that we could test drive it first thing in the morning and that he would hold it for me until then. We communicated via email and text for the next few hours to get the paperwork ready to go the next day. He sent pics of the vehicle to me since it was only stock photos on the website, as they just got the vehicle in. I sent him my fiancees dl, reg, and payment info so that he can work up a bill of sale and email to me. The Jeep looked great and drove great, so we pulled the trigger and it only took a couple hours from the time we got there until we left. I like how i was not pressured to do dealer financing or pressured to buy extras. This is the biggest issue i have had with dealerships in the past. They understood that all we wanted, was to buy the car at the agreed price, using a check from my bank. The other people we dealt with were all very friendly as well and more importantly, not pushy.
