Well let's start off by saying that calling Rothrock's service line is worthless. I called no one answered once on a Friday then Saturday and both during working hours still no response. So I schedule onl service line is worthless. I called no one answered once on a Friday then Saturday and both during working hours still no response. So I schedule online it let's me pick a date and time and asks what service I'm looking for. After I scheduled I get a prompt stating I should get a CALL from a service member, but I had scheduled after hours on a Saturday so I kind of figured I wouldn't receive a call. Monday comes I get no call so I check my email and I was emailed with "my next availability is on the 17th of March." Which would of been about a week after the appointment that THEIR system let me choose, for March 9th, and I had a CEL so I needed it taken care of ASAP. And not once did Chelsea Norton attempt to call me the whole time we were emailing back and forth, so I checked other Jeep dealers around me while emailing and I was able to schedule @Brown Daub. I scheduled online with Brown Daub on that same Monday morning while emailing with Chelsea and was able to get a next day appointment at 7:45am March 10th. And of the four Jeep dealers near me, counting Rothrock, Rothrock is the only one who doesn't offer to pick up my vehicle from my home. Also I had complained about my rear view mirror distorted on the bottom left side, and that was done while under warranty. My vehicle had it's warranty expired and still never received a call about my mirror order getting there, it took I want to say about two month or little more to actually get it installed because my last oil service was done @Rothrock and I asked about the mirror. They said I see they placed the order but we don't know where it went so we'll order it again. Never received a call, then when I got a CEL I decided to add the mirror job for my service request. But since Rothrock's online scheduling system sucks I did my CEL light service at Brown Daub and then a week later got my mirror installed at Rothrock. My biggest complaint is why does Rothrock allow you to pick a date and time slot but then email and not CALL me stating that their online is only a service request and not an actual appointment. So scrap the system and make it so that the customer can tell them what they need and then Rothrock can call them up, not giving us a false hope of actually picking a date and time. More

Great experience overall . Was not pleased with having to go and get 2500 cash because of limit placed by the dealership. This proved to be a major inconvenience and will prevent me from buying my next vehic go and get 2500 cash because of limit placed by the dealership.
