First the customer service when you arrive is fantastic but after that it’s all down hill. I had car inspected and had some preventive stuff done as well filter change battery cleaned.....so I thought a but after that it’s all down hill. I had car inspected and had some preventive stuff done as well filter change battery cleaned.....so I thought and paid for. Battery wasn’t cleaned and then told I need a new battery after I was just told my battery was good when it was inspected. So took car to Autozone and they changed it and the guy said this battery wasn’t cleaned..and that’s after I already brushed corrosion off. And they deny it and said it was cleaned. Non-sense and I’m done with Rothrock and Nissan car. And they deny knowing about faulty switch...I told them to google it. Car has 40 k on it and a mistake to buy. More

Mario was excellent. Car was in for oil change and tire rotation. I thought there was a leak in the sun roof, nothing found.
