Long story short. There's no communication between the advisors. Poor customer service skills. Neither Wayne or Mario seemed like they wanted to be there. Was told different issues about about vehicle fr advisors. Poor customer service skills. Neither Wayne or Mario seemed like they wanted to be there. My wife and I saw Mario make sexist remarks about a woman who was leaving the shop. Made my wife very uncomfortable. They rotated my tires after I did not approve the recommended service and still tried to charge me. Made it seem like they didn't want to deal with my car's warranty company. Was given a bill almost $100 more than was told it would be. Had to have have manager involved to fix it.. I won't be back. I am glad and thankful they got me in and serviced, but the hoops they put me through was not satisfactory. More
