The service was quick and Kevin was really great. The car was ready when we showed up to test drive. They got the vehicle ready quickly and the transaction went quickly However when dealing with the financ was ready when we showed up to test drive. When I questioned it. They indicated it was a standard charge for some kind additional"optional" coverage but it was never disclosed to me. I requested it be removed. I have been looking for a truck for awhile. I was at Rothrock before to test drive another truck, but it did not suit me. Then, yesterday, I say the 2019 Nissan on the website and started emailing for Rothrock before to test drive another truck, but it did not suit me.
