We had a sudden issue with our 2006 Mazda 3 due to slamming on brakes. It was tricky to diagnose because it was sensor related and appeared to be repaired, but the crew insisted on a test drive to find out if more attention was needed. It was repaired completely and promptly. Thank you again everyone in Mazda service and especially John and Melissa! While we were there we ran through the numbers on our lease and considered several different options with Dan. We have time to consider our next steps and feel much more informed after Dan took so much time to make sure the options were extremely transparent. More

Sales Crew Needs Some Training They could have sold me a car because I really liked the car but the sales person was not knowledgeable about the vehicle, which wouldn't have been a They could have sold me a car because I really liked the car but the sales person was not knowledgeable about the vehicle, which wouldn't have been a problem it he just said "let me find out and get back to you" but instead my questions were answered with Snapple facts. He literally just made up answers to my questions to try to convince me to purchase the 2015 on his lot versus looking at other years at other locations. You simply cannot do this in this day in age with Google. I was looking up the right answers online as he was Just blatantly making stuff up. He lost all credibility and then I honestly couldn't trust him enough to consider any vehicle. When I emailed the manager after my test drive to request a call as I had several concerns that I wanted to voice about my unknowledgable sales guy, the manager just forwarded my email to him and then he called me. So when I tried to tell him that I did some research on the vehicle and found out the answers to my questions, he then proceeded to retract what he had said the day prior. Its hard to buy a car from someone when they don't even know their products enough to answer any questions or who are just going to give you the answers they think you want to hear but are incorrect. More
Absolutely Awful Terrible. Absolutely the worst. Rude staff. Ignorant management. Think they’re the only game in town. They damaged my vehicle and wouldn’t pay for it. Terrible. Absolutely the worst. When I got back into my car they had smoked in it and the stereo was CRANKED and they had put almost 70 miles on it. Guessing they used it to go to lunch or something as there was a McDonalds cup in it when I got it back that I hadn’t left in it. The owner’s name is Chris Dagesse. His daddy gave him this dealership and he runs it like the spoiled brat he is. More
