Round and round we go My car was stolen so I had to buy another car. I was hoping this would be an easy task. I picked out a car and sat in the dealer for 3 hours with paperwork. I then waited another 2 hours for them to detail the car....which it was never finished and I had to get a loaner and pick up the car the next day. The finance guy Sam and I shared stories about our stolen cars cause apparently he had been a victim of theft in the past...ironically enough we discussed ordering black tags for my car only to call a month later telling me I had to order them and use the tags under t-tag....what tag?! My car was stolen I told you 3 times! Had to get a new t-tag. My tag came in and it was not the tag we had discussed. I was them financed through some no name bank that required me to have a bank account with them or they would charge me $15 to pay by phone. I asked to be financed with my credit union for them to eliminate checking my credit 7 times! I then had resistall coated on my car they for got to give me the car kit so of course I had to go back and get that. It was stressful enough my car got stolen but then to go through all this and I still have to order my own tags. Needless to say I am not happy with my experience. If Sam had done his part to dot his "i"'s and cross his "t"s instead of trying to sell me a bunch of extras maybe he would have ordered my tags, and listened to me when I asked him to finance through my bank. You would think me putting $10,000 as a down payment they would work for my future business since my husband needs a car and referrals. I can say out of this whole experience the guys working in the back in service/repair shop were willing to help anyway they could. More

Service Shop: Great Service and Great People You're honest and straight to the point, regardless if it's good or bad news, which is far better than what I deal with at a shop for my wife's van (t You're honest and straight to the point, regardless if it's good or bad news, which is far better than what I deal with at a shop for my wife's van (they are not Mazda, so all good :) ). The vehicle you service for me is 10+ years and approaching 180k miles, yet your shop does a great job keeping it a safe option for my family and road-ready. I usually don't go out of my way to recommend a dealer-shop, based on my past experiences, particularly with the one we have dealt with for my wife's van, but NuCar Mazda (New Castle, DE) has definitely changed my opinion about that. I absolutely will recommend you to others, without a doubt and very easily so! To NuCar Mgmt: These are GREAT people who have seriously earned my trust, which is a miracle given my previous jaded opinion of other dealership-based shops...and I see this with other commenters, too...please show it back to them and grant them an upgraded facility! ...and coffee service...better coffee. :) More
Excellent Service! Bt thats nothing new. I had an issue with my window wiper fluid and thought it was broken. Soon after dropping off my vehicle i received a call saying it was fine and it wo I had an issue with my window wiper fluid and thought it was broken. Soon after dropping off my vehicle i received a call saying it was fine and it works perfectly. I appreciate the quick response. Also the main tech that i was communicating with allowed me to use a rental for the morning and that was greatly appreciated. Service time and price is always a plus. More

I was visiting Delaware for a few days from NJ and had a recall for spiders in my gas tank so figured I could drop it off and get it taken care of in a day. Well the whole gas tank had to be replaced and they gave me a loaner to use. They did a wonderful job and the service was great. I will come down from Jersey to buy a car here when I am ready for an upgrade! Awesome dealership. More

Mazda should close down this dealership because they do not represent the brand in a positive way. This place is filled with disgruntled GM salesmen who seem irritated they have to sell Mazdas and Chevys not represent the brand in a positive way. This place is filled with disgruntled GM salesmen who seem irritated they have to sell Mazdas and Chevys instead of Cadillacs. They are not helpful, not friendly, and are not knowledgeable about the product line they are selling. The worst part about my experience was the constant lying from Mike Spenser. He lies so much I don’t think he even realizes he is lying. I am grateful I did not make the mistake of purchasing my new car here. More
Went to dealer for a specific vehicle we found on their website. Spoke to Q before leaving one dealer where we ran into what I feel was Bait & switch to make sure car we were interested in was physically t website. Q told us he has put his hands on the car and it was right there. I made sure they were aware of our situation on the way down there, 30 min. from where we were an hour from home. When we got there q was actually pulling the car to the front door. We went in gave him our licenses for test drive and went out looking the car over and everything looked great. Q then comes out to let me know that his sales manager just told him that car was going to Texas and was already sold. Thank you very much Nucar Mazda and Pacifico Mazda for completely wasting my time and money. The 3s and 5 rating were strictly because of Q, otherwise they would have been all 1s. More
