I had a unique situation that I found myself in and in need of a newer car with better gas mileage. I emailed Jeff with particulars that I could work with to do the deal. Sal came outside to meet us when he saw us in the parking lot. He didn't wait for me to come in, which was very important to me. He did everything he could to help me find the right vehicle for me. He didn't make me walk all over the parking lot, he brought the vehicles to me. Also, he went next door and brought 2 chevys over for me to drive. I made two trips to the dealership and he did not pressure me to buy, he just wanted to find the right vehicle for me. He introduced me to Mike so we could discuss what I wanted in the CX-9. Mike then went to work immediately to find it and brought it in a day. Mike made sure the financing process went smoothly and quickly. There is nothing they could have done differently to please me. I desperately needed a new car because my five-year old Maxima decided to die after 155,000 miles. I turned into NuCar Mazda without ever considering a Mazda. I happened to turn toward the lot after being disappointed at how huge the Chevy Equinox appeared. After all, I had driven a different Maxima for the past 30 years, and I never thought I would be driving anything larger. That was until my doctor told me that I may be able to ease some joint pain while driving if I drove an SUV. I was not happy. Everything I saw on the road just seemed too big and bulky. I know I must have looked confused when Q came out to assist me. He answered all my questions and never pressured me when I said I wanted to think about the Mazda. He went inside to get me a business card and told me to call if I had any questions. However, I was sold on how sleek the car looked. Q had me drive a lovely silver CX5. I was sold at that moment. It was gorgeous from the outside to the inside. The handling was great. Q had me drive in a circle. The car negotiated that turn much easier than my Maxima ever would have. I felt like I was driving a luxury vehicle. The engine simply purred after I started it with one push of a button. My son was in the car with us, and he loved the space and comfort in the back seat. I told Q that I was ready to "talk" about making a deal. I can' t begin to tell you how great the service was that I received. Not only was Q extremely friendly, but he was also very informed about his product. I told him how much I could spend per month because I was paying for my son's college tuition. He assured me that that was not a problem, and spoke to Sam, who worked his magic and got me one of the sweetest finance options I have ever had. The whole time we were waiting for final financing news, these two could not do enough to make my son and I feel comfortable. I still can't believe how inexpensive my car was based on all the options and technology. In less than 2 hours, I drove off the lot in my new black on black Mazda. Q even took care of returning my Enterprise rental. These guys are the real deal. I have recommended them to several friends who I know will be visiting NuCar Mazda really soon. Q Gordon has to be the most competent, friendly and effective salesperson I have ever worked with. I went to NuCar Mazda after looking at other SUVs. I had narrowed my search, but knew very little about Mazdas. When Q saw me on the lot with my son, looking confused, he came out and offered me assistance with absolutely no pressure to buy. However, because of his attention to what I was looking for in a vehicle, I left after less than two hours driving my new 2013 Mazda CX5. What impressed me most about Q was that even after I closed the deal, he still continued to assist me. He programmed my iPhone to the car, he returned my rental to Enterprise, and he made sure I knew how to operate all the cool technology that came with my new car. I never felt like I was being rushed although he was very busy that evening. What great communication skills!!! He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Friends of mine have been buying cars from NuCar (Dan Stanitski) for a while now so I figure I would start at NuCar. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, always making sure I was taken care of. Dan Stanitski was very informative and easy to talk to. I did not feel pressured and he was always smiling. Mike Spencer was very professional and courteous. What I liked most about these two gentlemen was their 'Don't worry about it, we will take care of it!' attitude and each of them had a lot of patience. I didn't feel like I was taking up their time. It was a great experience and I will be back to see what the service department has to offer. I never thought buying a car was so easy, Thanks Dan & Mike! More
