They spelled my name wrong so Kia declared me out of warranty then I spoke with Kia and got that cleared up and was told a refund was coming. Then they managed to squeeze me for $525 and still didn't ev warranty then I spoke with Kia and got that cleared up and was told a refund was coming. I always have great service whether it is a basic oil change and tire rotation or when more things have to be done at some of the major mile marks such as 25,000 or 75,000.
