From the (service advisor) David's warm welcome and expedited service to Damian Murrain (service tec) even faster turn around with my vehicle I'm able to continue with my errands. Norwood isn't convenient for me by but I make it out here because I know I will be well taken cared for here. More

I was so nervous and stressed out trying to find a car until I sat down with him. He not only made this the easiest process for me, he saved me a TON of money!!!! He took a nightmare situation and turned it into gold. He saved me money, gave me the absolute best warranty options for a pre owned car, free car unlimited car washes for life( are you kidding me that's incredible!!!), and so much more. I am telling you, I will NEVER EVER go anywhere else you need to go see him!!! More
Recall visit unsatisfactory. I made an appointment for a safety recall on my 2015 Genisis Coupe involving replacement of three bolts on the differential. The visit involved a 45 m I made an appointment for a safety recall on my 2015 Genisis Coupe involving replacement of three bolts on the differential. The visit involved a 45 minute drive to and from the dealership and a one hour wait at the dealership. At the end of the one hour wait I was informed that they did not have the three bolts and they would have to be ordered so I will have to make another visit when they come in. It was a total waste of my time. Why they didn't have the three bolts needed for the recall on hand and were unable to tell me that when I made the appointment is beyond me. I doubt I will use this dealer for my service in the future. More
Do good work but don't trust service center advice I went to this service center for an oil change. They claimed my front brakes were at 5% and back brakes were at 10%. They also gave other recommend I went to this service center for an oil change. They claimed my front brakes were at 5% and back brakes were at 10%. They also gave other recommendations that didn't make sense with my experience with the car. I took my car to a different Hyundai dealership (Salem NH) for other maintenance and asked them to check the brakes. I was told at the other location that my brakes were, "in the green." When I asked what that meant, I was told over 70% of the pad remaining. Let me be fair, the work this dealership did was good, but the advice they gave was an absolute lie. I personally believe this service center will take money out of your wallet if you do not know what recommendations they give are good and which one's just don't add up. Do yourself a favor and go to an auto shop that you can actually trust. This location will not tell you the truth. They will never touch my car again, not even to inflate the tires. More
