It’s all right there...don’t accept jobs you can’t complete in a timely manner. There’s a customer experience piece that this visit was lacking. And the experience existed solely because it took over four hours to fix a flat tire. Send the customer away if you can’t handle the service in a timely way. I think customers would appreciate that honesty over what is a seemingly straightforward job that took way too much time. I’m not sure what else you really need to improve the customer experience.
