He constantly called either myself or my mother almost every day during the locating of my car to ensure us that they were looking everywhere for the exact car I desired, and called me right away when it came in. He worked around my hectic work schedule to find time to help me and answer any and all questions I had for him about the car, financing, and everything in between. On the day I picked up my car he even sat in it with me for twenty minutes going over every detail, nook and cranny of it to make sure I understood everything. He is one of the nicest guys working there and I would definitely reccommend that anyone buying a new car ask to deal with him. Very friendly, helpful, and personable! More

That same day I had visited several other dealerships and was pretty much attacked by the sales persons. Jim asked what I was looking for, he very casually led me to the car, and we took a test drive. He has a very causal and welcoming personality, and is truly willing to get you the best deal! He walked me through the buying process with the utmost respect and understanding. He wanted to sell me a car, and I wanted to buy one; with that said he never pushed me to take a deal unless I felt comfortable with the price, and if I was not comfortable he was not comfortable, so he always asked at what price would you like to take this car home today. I gave him a price, he took it to his manager, and fought for me and the price I had given him. JIM IS THE GUY TO GO TO!! I am recommending all of my friends to go see Jim whenever they need a car. My husband and I were looking for a new car, as we are about to start our family (any day now, actually and my Honda Civic was just getting too small. We were interested in the Hyundai Tucson. We test drove the limited, but really wanted something a little more affordable, so we were looking for the GLS model, but with AWD, in silver, blue or green. Our salesman, Chris Cox, looked for what we wanted for a whole week. Apparently this car is VERY popular! He worked tirelessly to try and find us what we wanted, with no luck, unfortunately. So, we decided to try and find the car we wanted ourselves. We drove to another dealership and right away the customer service did not compare to Clay, and the salesman were nothing like Chris. He was nothing but professional, and he worked his butt off, trying to get us the car and deal we wanted. But, the other dealership had the limited, without navigation, in the color we wanted. We thought we were getting a deal, and almost signed papers with them. I had this sinking feeling in my stomach, and we decided to take a break and go for lunch. We priced out the two dealerships, and were saving a lot by going with Clay, and we liked their customer service better. We called Chris and since they had sold the blue limited without the navigation and backup camera, he was able to give us the blue limited, fully loaded for the same price. We went back to Norwood and signed papers, and I picked up my car a few days later. Chris showed me how everything worked, and he even installed my car seat for me! He went above and beyond for us to get us into a car we wanted, at a price we could afford and a great deal for my trade in as well. I HIGHLY recommend Clay to anyone and would definitely ask for Chris when you go there - he was a great salesman, and we plan on using Clay and Chris in the future. In the past i dealt with older salesmen obviously more experienced. But certainly not more qualified than James. He covered all the bases and all aspects of the vehicle. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Treated with no respect and spoken to condescendingly. Went 2 times to fix a small problem and was told it was unfixable after waiting hours. Throughout the first day of waiting at the dealership, not one representative kept us informed of what was happening. We had to continually ask for updates, and a meeting was scheduled during the middle of the day which kept mechanics from working on the car for over an hour. The second visit was worse - no one called us to give us an update on the car - we had to continually call in for updates ourselves. And after a whole day, we were told the problem was a structual issue with the car and couldn't be fixed. Funny, then, after one visit to Mirak Automotive Group, the problem was completely resolved. Incompetency, rude, obnoxious and arrogant staff are what you will find at Clay Hyundai. More

The car is great, people friendly. However, we ended up waiting for the car a total of 4 hours. It was supposed to be ready at 1pm. We sat there until almost 4pm because they said the insurance agent didn' waiting for the car a total of 4 hours. It was supposed to be ready at 1pm. Not only is the agent a cousin of ours, but he's been in business for 25 years and knows how to send a fax of the right paperwork. Then we tried another agent and lo and behold, the original agent's paperwork 'came through'. My son bought me this car, and he is a computer consultant who makes over $100 per hour. At the rate we picked up the car, with the proper documents, he lost about $400.00. Other than that, I am thrilled with the car, and the agent that helped us, Jenna, was as nice as could be, but we didn't believe that the fax didn't come through when it should have. More
