I went to Clay knowing that I wanted to purchase a Hyundai Santa Fe Limited, but was unsure of which drive train to purchase. Chris took the time to listen to my concerns and what I wanted in my next car. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helped me to make a comfortable, decision on which Santa Fe to purchase. I found Chris' customer service skills to be superb. He spent an enormous amount of time with me and my husband, answering all of our questions, going over all aspects of each vehicle, providing all the necessary information I felt I needed to make my informed decision. Chris went above and beyond for us! This was our first experience with Clay and I would certainly recommend this dealership as well as Chris Cox to family and friends. I'm looking forward to driving my new Santa Fe. More

We would highly recommend working with Clay and Chris to anyone looking for a new Hyundai. One other note: I had left a work parking pass in my trade-in vehicle. Chris took it upon himself to give me a call after we left with the new car to let me know that it was at his desk. He offered to keep it for us to pick up, or have it mailed out to me. We took our 2004 Santa Fe for a 90,000 mile service. Only to find out on the drive home that the transmission fluid had not been refilled fully. The next day the car would not move and it had to be tow Only to find out on the drive home that the transmission fluid had not been refilled fully. The next day the car would not move and it had to be towed back to the dealer. The dealership quickly tried to sell us a new transmission, thankfully we had an extended warranty on the car, the inspector from the warranty company quickly topped the transmission fluid up and rejected the claim. Thankfully I phoned the warranty company directly, as the dealership gave us a very different story. To cut a long story short, Duane Roberts was arrogant, rude, and full of excuses to cover up their mistake. Do not deal with this man! More

Joel was very helpful and went above and beyond in helping me purchase my Elantra. Even though he was very busy and seemed to be pulled in a hundred different directions he made himself available when helping me purchase my Elantra. Jim, Bob, and everyone else we interacted with were all very friendly and helpful. They stuck with us to find a way to make our purchase work despite our very limited budget and unusual circumstances. The very friendly and helpful. Mr. Castro our Salesman is an asset to Clay Hyundai. His knowledge of the Products and services was extensive. Our experience was satisfying, comprehensive and we made a purchase and accepted delivery on our vehicle adding more options than we had originally intended, we felt that confident in Clay Hyundai due to Mr. Jaro Castro's style. I certainly recommend Clay Hyundai..ask for "Jaro" a Gentleman and excellent Salesman. More

I currently own a 1997 silverado p/up truck that I purchased brand new from here and 14 yrs later, I still love the truck and no major problems as of yet! I just purchased a 2011 Malibu, and so far I love the car. Go here, ask for Brian, and tell Chris sent you! Great dealership! Keep up the good work. Superb service dept. also. More
