My wife worked with Scott geller and test drove a car and she liked it. They discussed numbers but I had to sign for the car. I was going to go into the office and sign the paperwork and walk out with a new leased car for my wife. Little did I know by me coming in this seemed to be a good time to START negotiating the deal. The finance guy and Salesguy both said my wife and I were confused with the original deal and now they were trying to tack on all sorts of extra costs. Classic bait and switch. I went over the pricing twice (2 different calls) with the sales admin and then they completely tried starting over adding in all sorts of additional expenses. What a waste of time and I hope most people do NOT put up with this and go somewhere else without liars. Scott Geller mentioned he could not honor the deal he offerred 2 weeks ago to my wife when the only thing that changed was me signing the deal (I have excellent credit- 800+). He had no rationale as to why other than -I checked with the Sales Manager and couldn't offer the same deal.... blah blah blah. Do not trust this group and avoid them at ALL costs. The YELP reviews are all accurate also. This group does nothing to imporve the shady car salesman image a lot of us already have. More
