It w During my time working with Kent and his colleagues at Boch Hyundai my experience was great. I appreciate his time, attention and thoroughness. It was after the sale was complete that I have had quite an interesting interaction with Michelle from the finance department. Apparently a mistake was made when my contract was drafted and signed (in the Hyundai office) - which was not a major issue, I was happy to comply and help out in any way to make sure it was corrected. That being said, Michelle lied to me about what the mistake was frantically calling me saying that my "signature didn't go through on the document" and I had to resign and send back once I received a UPS envelope from her. I didnt see this as a big deal and was happy to re-sign. I had told her when I get the contract I would sign and return. She kept calling me and asking me about the contract when I had not yet received it which is not my fault. I did not appreciate her calling my work several times to ask me if I had signed the document yet. Then, when I did receive the contract I noticed a discrepancy with the mileage listed on the contract I had previously signed and the new one she sent. Again, this was not a major issue I just wanted an explanation, so I called Michelle the morning of 6/7 to ask her about it. I left her a voicemail on the extension she previously provided me (x415). Then, Michelle called my work phone again the afternoon of 6/7 during office hours. When I called her back within the hour to discuss the the contract she explained that the REAL reason that they were re-sending it to me was because of the mileage discrepancy. I felt she was was trying to hide something from me and not being truthful. She was also being extremely rude and overbearing with her language towards me. When I asked to speak with her manager to calmly discuss this issue since she couldnt seem to explain herself she quickly interupted me saying "I am a manager." When I asked her to please stop calling my office she also interupted saying "Well, you never answer your cell phone." I do not appreciate being treated like this as every time she has called my cell phone I have promptly called back when I was available. I work full-time and do not have the luxury of taking calls at random throughout the day, but am dillegent about returning calls when I can. In the end, I have complied with all requests from Hyundai but I strongly feel that my questions and concerns were not put first by Michelle. More
