Sales associate Michael McShane was earnest, forthright and dedicated to ensuring I had a stellar experience with them. After I secured a lease on Saturday, Michael worked to ensure all documentation was processed efficiently despite issues with my insurance company. He even stayed late to ensure my car was given plates, inspection so that I could drive it away Monday, although I would have understood if I had to wait an extra day. Clearly dedicated to customer service. Highly recommend! More

Ignored in the Showroom Went to see and perhaps drive the new Genesis 80. Car has great reviews, so I wanted to see for myself. Entered the showroom and asked receptionist Went to see and perhaps drive the new Genesis 80. Car has great reviews, so I wanted to see for myself. Entered the showroom and asked receptionist if they had Genesis on the floor; she pointed the way to me. I inspected it, sat in it, etc for about 5 minutes, expecting someone to come over. When that didn't happen, I asked the receptionist if anyone was available. She went to a desk where 2 men were speaking. I overheard them talking about "who was here". She then came back and paged someone. After 5 more minutes, when no one came, I told her I would "have to come back at a more convenient time" and left. I will never return there. It's amazing they sell anything at all. More
