Overall the experience was very good Chuck and the crew were very patient and informative. The process was pretty easy and we Didn’t have any negative or uncomfortable moments. Chuck’s manager or whoever was behind the main desk was very helpful as well and super polite. We got a pretty good deal and I feel it was a win win on both ends. The only issue we had was something regarding the insurance and rmv1 form. I guess someone made a typo and if that wasn’t resolved, we may have been waiting a long time at the dealership to pick up the car at the end of the day. Luckily I called ahead to get that process figured out and it was smooth sailing after that. Honestly, I don’t think that was Chuck fault and it must have been a clumsy error somewhere in the process. Overall it was a very good experience and would recommend Chuck and his team. More

We had decided that owning two luxury cars wouldn’t fit out city work life and that we wanted to consolidate to just one, particularly the Genesis g70. It fit our budget and our lifestyle. But when we went in to go see if we could take one for a test drive (all of maybe less than a mile), the sales rep said no because we weren’t buying right away and that he didn’t want miles out on to the car. Mostly all dealerships have a “test drive” car on their lot but apparently they did not. We thought he was kidding at first but we very quickly realized that he wasn’t. All we wanted to see was if this car was comfortable, had good visibility, good steaming, etc. But apparently you won’t be able to find any of that out unless your buy right at that moment. Very unfortunate and we will be taking our business elsewhere, with pleasure. More
