I had the oil changed in my 2006 civic hybrid with a coupon from this dealer that seemed to good to be true. I paid $14.95. The invoice showed that they used 5W20 instead of the 0w20. I questioned them on this and they insisted on 3 occasions they they used the 0W20. I've been driving this car for 115,000 miles and have steadily got well over 50mpg. The mileage went down below 50 mpg, and I am convinced that it is because there is 5W20 in the crankcase plus the areodynamic sheild that goes under the engine came off. I went to my dealer for a recall afterwards and the mechanics first comment was if I did my own oil changes. Boch also said I needed front brakes and my dealer said they were fine. It is apparent to me that Boch did't reinstall the areodynamic sheild properly after the oil change. My dealer gave me a very good price on a new sheild, so the oil change ended up costing me $50 more than the $30 I usually pay at my own dealer.
