They were extremely responsive, courteous, and worked to get me a great deal that fit my budget perfectly. Though I had previously tried the vehicle I ended up with at other dealerships, no other sales representatives shared with me some of the vital features about my car that I learned at Boch Honda West (thanks, Jonathan!). Furthermore, the sales representatives were patient and respectful in every interaction - not hurrying my thought process/decision - and even stayed after hours to make sure all the details were were worked perfectly. Due to circumstances out of his control we were unable to complete the sale that same day, but he went the extra mile for us and two days later the car was ours. When we took delivery Tim met us, went over all the programming needs and while we met with Kirk, in finance, Tim set up my preferences. Lastly, Tim went over the details with me in the drivers seat, paired our phones, and reviewed all safety features as we drove with the lot of the dealership. Thanks to Tim and Boch Honda West, I’m the happy owner of a 2016 Honda Civic! More
An Uncomfortable "Mansplaining" Escapade Failed to provide transparency into the financing process, appeared bent on "winning," and demonstrated an uncomfortable sexist bias in trying to cha Failed to provide transparency into the financing process, appeared bent on "winning," and demonstrated an uncomfortable sexist bias in trying to challenge women's authority with "mansplaining." A few examples of Kirk's less an exemplary practices: 1. Failed to present monthly payment amounts without additional "optional" cost baked in (a scummy move designed to force the buyer into talking about maximum monthly payment so designed to extract every last penny, instead of helping the customer achieve a favorable rate). 2. Became uncomfortably forceful in trying to up-sell long term warranty to the point that he ignored three outright "No" answers and request to move forward with the process. Kirk was bent on "winning" and gave the impression that he was not genuinely listening or even remotely interested in providing customer with appropriate service. 3. Failed to provide the lending rates or even the name of the lender after multiple request to do so (another scummy move that may be due to simple error, ignorance, or in the worst case the intent to more hide rates in order to push the customer to a lender with which the dealer or individual has a "preferred" relationship). 4. Throughout the process, Kirk made multiple attempted to degrade positive factors about female customer and to challenge the authority of male customer. Recommendations: The dealership should look into auditing Kirk, providing training on transparency, customer service, and sexual harassment, and if Kirk fails to improve, remove him from customer-facing roles or all roles of employment. More

I knew what vehicle wanted even before I walked in the door; I did a test drive previously and fell in love with the look, feel, and performance of th I knew what vehicle wanted even before I walked in the door; I did a test drive previously and fell in love with the look, feel, and performance of the CR-V. So can I get a super deal? I like to shop around; find who can give me the best deal and overall buying experience. Boch Honda West definitely did this for me! The first dealership I visited tried to pressure me into making a deal before I walked out the door (like so many do) and it left a very bad impression on me, to say the least. Boch was a like a ray of sunshine in comparison! Tim McLean was my salesperson, and he was not only knowledgeable about the car and it's many features, he even showed me things the previous dealership did not! No pressure; upfront about negotiating price/trade-in; just a general sense that the people who work here genuinely love what they do and seeing their customers walk away feeling good about their purchase made this an easy decision. I also had great help in the finance dept; Kurtis Tanguay was a joy to work with! He really went above and beyond for me in getting my bank financing straightened out after a bit of a pushback by my bank. Thanks Tim and Kurtis! Loving my new CR-V! I would definitely recommend Boch to my family and friends. More
