Horrible My partner and I walked into the showroom. The greeter was not very friendly. We were introduced to a sales person who was relatively new. He immed My partner and I walked into the showroom. This was before he asked us what we were looking for. We told him that we just wanted to see some cars and review what he had that might meet our needs. He showed us a loaded new car. He had trouble making features work. We asked for "Pre-Owned" cars. He left. Returned with his sales manager. They said they had no cars that would meet our needs - used minivan. They did say they were expecting a new shipment in a few days. We could come back then. And we were ushered out of the dealership. It felt like we were given the bum's rush. We couldn't believe that they had no used minivans. More
