He was knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. I had done my research and knew what I was looking for. He did not try to up-sell me or talk me into something different. He was helpful and knowledgeable about everything from the car, to insurance coverage to recommendations for financing etc. When I went to pick up the car it was ready on time and everything was taken care of. He even touched up a few scratches on the used vehicle we had talked about. Tim ordered the touched up paint and repaired it himself. He even offered to have me bring it back in in 6 months along with paint to be touched up a second time. In addition, the price on the car was very fair almost 2, 000 less than other Honda dealerships for the same vehicle/mileage. Overall my experience with Tim felt more like buying a car from a trusted family member than a car salesman. I highly recommend Boch Honda and Tim. You won't be disappointed. More

Offered above and beyond customer service I test drove a used car (2016 Honda Accord) without the floor mats. After I bought the car the floor mats were placed in the car. I did not have confidence in asking my original salesman for any help in this area since he did not seem very desiring to give any favors. I spoke with John and he gave me new floor mats, something he was not required to do. I knew it would be going above and beyond, and John did that. Boch advertises that they have the highest standards and John lived up to that billing. More

The worst car buying experience in all my life This was simply put the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership and this is the third car I am buying now in 5 years. I setup an appoi This was simply put the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership and this is the third car I am buying now in 5 years. I setup an appointment for a 30 minute time slot on a weekday to test drive a particular trim of the Honda CRV. I knew I had very little time and hence had requested a quick test drive of the car. When I came in for my appt on time, I was asked to wait for more than 15 minutes before finally being helped. After that they took another 20 minutes just to take a copy of my license and ask me a whole bunch of questions without the test drive. I never got around to a test drive and finally scheduled another appt for the following day for the test drive again. The next day again, despite my appointment, it took 10 minutes for someone to help me out. It was a different salesperson and they again started asking me all the questions from the previous day and again asked for my license to get another copy. Finally when we ready to go on a test drive, they did not have the car with the right trim readily pulled out and it took them another 15 minutes just to do that. My last visit was finally when I went to visit and ask them for a price for the car. Again, I setup an appt with my salesperson but when I went in at the time, he seemed to be busy with another customer and did not even try to get someone else to help out. I cannot understand why I was called in if he was going to be busy. I was asked to wait till someone else could help and after 20 minutes, when nobody helped, I spoke to the receptionist and expressed my frustration. A salesperson who was not busy and chatting with the receptionist immediately offered to help. I could not understand why he could not offer to help before I was frustrated. When he finally did help, he again asked for all my information and making a copy of my license for a third time. After all this, they were very pushy and aggressive when it comes to pricing their car, for a price that was nowhere the lowest price I had been offered elsewhere. Despite that, and despite making it perfectly clear that I did not intend to buy the car without understanding what other dealers were offering me, I found them to be very pushy of their price and an immediate decision on my part. I know this is what salespersons are expected to do, but this was not the same behavior I saw at some other dealers, and that made that experience so much better. The only good thing about them was that they allowed me to take my dog along on a test drive but so did a few other dealers. For that I give them two stars. More
