Both of these guys were so helpful and truly went the extra mile to provide excellent service to me. Ryan was very patient, understanding, and knowledgable in helping me decide on the best car for me out of all of the available options. In addition, he put in a lot of additional time and effort to make sure that the car was ready for me the following day even with some additional maintenance that had to be done prior to being able to be driven off of the lot. Kirk was easily one of the most understanding and hardworking finance coordinator I have ever worked with. He took the time to understand my situation and helped me get the best rate possible even on a Sunday evening when most banks were closed and unreachable. It was because of both of these individuals that I have a car that I absolutely love. It would not have been made possible without them and I highly recommend requesting to work with them if you are ever in need of a new or used car!! More
A fantastic experience from start to finish I have not purchased a vehicle for myself since 2004 and a new vehicle since 2001. To say I was apprehensive walking into a dealership to buy a new c I have not purchased a vehicle for myself since 2004 and a new vehicle since 2001. To say I was apprehensive walking into a dealership to buy a new car is an understatement. Salesman Ryan LaChapelle immediately put my wife and I at ease from our first introduction. He was both very personable and extremely informative about the product he was selling ( as well as my 2004 WRX which I was not trading in) - you can tell he is a car guy and loves his job as it shows. When he walked away my wife observed interactions with other salesman with customers (and no offense to them) however my wife stated she was glad we had Ryan as she says "there's just something genuine about him". The entire transaction took about 30-45 minutes. I had to come back to do the paperwork the next day (childcare issues) and the day after that Ryan made sure the car was properly prepped and took his time going over the new car checklist handoff. He was very responsive and communicative by text and phone throughout. This was all super helpful especially considering I live about an hour away. Next came the Finance guy. Typically the slickest and best salesman at any car dealership. Their job is to add profit ('back end'). Bob Signori (Finance Director) immediately put me at ease and did not attempt to hard sell any products. He mentioned various offerings, I politely declined, and he moved on. He obtained a good rate after a few inquiries (my credit is excellent which helps) and explained all my questions completely and in layman's terms. Just overall a really great guy. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership and it's unfortunate I will have to go to another Honda place closer to my house for service. Please consider this dealership for your next Honda purchase and ask for Ryan. More

Sleezy Tactics, Unprofessional Behavior I had been watching pre-owned inventory online for Boch West and Acton Toyota. We have had great experience with multiple cars from Acton Toyota, real I had been watching pre-owned inventory online for Boch West and Acton Toyota. We have had great experience with multiple cars from Acton Toyota, really low financing and simple process with them. We expected the same from Boch Honda. Went to test drive a pre-owned Accord on a Sunday. They didn't have anything of interest in my price range but we test drove a 2016 to get a feel for the ride. Sales person jumped into car with us (Acton Toyota doesn't do this), kept up the sell but I told him not interested in the model we drove. We wanted something with a sunroof, nothing on the lot had one, but we were given a quote of $1300 to install. (Toyota gave us the same price for a Camry.) Three days later, I get an online alert that a car i was interested in was reduced by $1000, now in my price range. I contact sales person, tell him I'm interested and come in for a test drive. Express interest in installing sunroof, and suddenly price goes up by $1000! We passed on the sunroof due to blatant lie. Gave deposit, and was told we would be given a finance rate shortly. When asked if I didn't accept their rate, was told I could just not sign the paperwork. What they didn't tell until days later is that I HAD TO FINANCE through them (no matter the rate) because it was a great deal on the car!!!!! This was not told to us up front before deposit was put down. I had time to research rates (found 3.5), told them I would NOT take the car at a rate of 5.6, which their finance person quickly called with a lowered rate of 4.9! Since the car was a great price with little mileage, we decided to go ahead and purchase, knowing that we could refinance immediatley with no penalty. Then, upon going back to sign the paperwork, we were intentionally left waiting for the finance guy for over 30 minutes. We finally told them we were leaving if they were too busy to take care of us right away. Because of their sleezy and unprofessional tactics, we will not be going back for service or any additional car purchases (we own 4 cars). More
We went on down and didn’t regret it. We went to Boch Honda West a day after going to a closer dealership in a group we’d done business with before. At the closer dealership, the salesman acted as though he couldn’t care less if we bought a car or not. The difference between him and the dealership and Tim and Boch Honda was night and day. Buying a car that costs tens of thousands of dollars is stressful enough. Tim and Boch Honda at least took interest in us and found a way for us to walk away with the car we wanted. There’s no perfect deal, but we’re satisfied with the results we got. More

Once I decided that the Honda Clarity was the car for me, Time helped me to get the color I wanted and was able to get it ready for me the following Wednesday. No help. Purchased a vehicle with a Tire protection plan (I know), but have been working for months to get the plan cancelled after I tried the vehicle in. No progress, but plenty of emails asking if I want to purchase another vehicle. Don’t be fooled: customer service here ends at the sale. More
