Excellent service! Sales person and sales manager did a great job finding me vehicle that I wanted and that worked for me financially. I traded in my 2011 Honda Civic S Sales person and sales manager did a great job finding me vehicle that I wanted and that worked for me financially. I traded in my 2011 Honda Civic Sedan and purchased a 2015 Honda Civic Sedan. My salesperson, Ryan LaChapelle, was very courteous and made sure everything was taken care of throughout the process. Questionable and illegal practices 1. Boch Honda West sold me a 2019 Honda Pilot EXL (and allowed me to take possession of vehicle) without having the Certificate of Origin on the premi 1. Boch Honda West sold me a 2019 Honda Pilot EXL (and allowed me to take possession of vehicle) without having the Certificate of Origin on the premises, which I later found out was illegal. 2. Boch Honda West did not register my vehicle within 10 days of purchase, which is required by Massachusetts state law. 2. Boch Honda West told me that the special advertised price on 2019 Honda Pilot EXL cars did not apply to mine because my chosen vehicle was a "premium color." I later found out from another Honda dealer that this was a lie. More

II had visited about 6-7 other dealerships but then I found Richard at Boch Honda. Boch Honda have a very relaxed - no pressure atmosphere and were very flexible with my 'changing' needs. They worked with me to accommodate late updates. Very very friendly atmosphere. From start to finish people were great. Especially with sales Richard Petroff.. he made the experience fantastic. I was able to Lease a new Honda CRV very quickly, and pick it up on the day they stated. Very good follow through. I have to make a shout out to James in the finance office also... explained everything nice and simply and highlighted additional options for me. The car is great (although very very new of course, so it would be!!!!) they even topped the fuel up to the brim which was a nice added touch as I drove it away. I will definitely be coming back! Richard even came in on his day off to ensure I could pick the car up to drive my wife for an important surgery!! A top man.. My wife will be telling that to her friends for years. I don't know how many sales persons would do that... very very happy customer indeed -- I will be telling everyone to go to Boch Honda West and ask for Richard. They also have great coffee served. A friend of mine came along also to visit the service department and had a great experience also. More

The process took a long time, but my sales person kept everyone smiling the though it all. I would definitely go back. The cleaning crew did not do the best job the could have. After I got my new car home, my husband and I noticed the hood and trunk gutters were littered with a considerable amount of leaves and debris. But the issue was quickly rectified with a prompt appointment to clean things up. Everyone misses things sometimes, but its how quickly you recover that matters. I am very satisfied with the response. More
