Recall on software and ac unit The service was as promised, ready before noon. However, I had an oil change ten days before my service which was after I received the notice of reca The service was as promised, ready before noon. However, I had an oil change ten days before my service which was after I received the notice of recall. When I dropped off my car for the recall service I was told there was going to be an oil change due to ac fluid leaking into the oil. There was no mention of an oil change as part of this service in the notice I received from Honda. While there was no charge for the recall service I spent $69 on an unnecessary service I would not have changed my oil had I known about the required oil change. I am asking for some compensation for this . More

I wasn’t expecting to drive the car home that day but he made it happen. Nice to avoid the usual back and forth you encounter at car dealerships, same goes for the financing portion. There was very little back and forth which was nice! Whether its in 3 or 5 years I will be back to the Westford location. Ive gone from an Accord to a Acura TSX and now to a Pilot. And have nothing but good things to say about the Honda brand. More
Didn't Feel Like A Number I went into Boch Honda knowing what I wanted and was just dreading the new car buying experience. Tim knew that I was on a time crunch because of ins I went into Boch Honda knowing what I wanted and was just dreading the new car buying experience. Tim knew that I was on a time crunch because of insurance issues and he bent over backwards to make sure I had all of my questions answered and all of my worries taken care of and delivered my car to me in a very short amount of time. He took his time with me, explaining all of the features of the vehicle and made sure I was 100% satisfied before he left me. He made me feel like an important customer and not just another sale for his quota. I would definitely return to Tim and Boch Honda for my next purchase. More
