Very Happy Went in for a Multi-Point Inspection in preparation for a long trip. Very happy with the service and the service advisor. The advisor immediately noticed a burned out break light, so I had that replaced. Otherwise the multi-point came back clean, which shows to me that they don't find things that don't actually need repair just to make money. My only nit to pick is that I wish the "environmental" shop charges would be set appropriate to the service performed, as I don't think of a light bulb as hazardous waste. More

I negotiated, in person, phone and internet, a new Honda CR-V EX, through Sales Associate Tim McLean. Tim could not have been more friendly, honest, and helpful finding me the exact car, financing, and price necessary for me to purchase. In finalizing the transaction through sales, financing, and the managers, I found the same consistent friendly, honest, gimmick free attitude throughout the process, superior to any other dealership that I have ever encountered. I would highly recommend Sales Associate Tim McLean and Boch Honda West as your first and last stop. More

Expensive, was hard to reach service managers The work was to fix the side door on our Odyssey van. The problem was a worn roller. The cost for this fix was quite a lot in my mind (+$500). When we got it home it did not work, but after trying it a few times it started working and has worked since. I think the costs preclude me from using this service center as much as I might otherwise. More
