Recall for my 2018 CRV I was told it would only take approx. 1-1/2 hours. I had an appointment for 9:15 am.. At approx. 4:00pm I started calling 7 times and could not speak I was told it would only take approx. 1-1/2 hours. I had an appointment for 9:15 am.. At approx. 4:00pm I started calling 7 times and could not speak to any one in the service department, I started calling the showroom I was forwarded to service several times no luck. I started calling other phone extensions eventually was connected to services, I was told my car was not ready they would call when it was ready at 5:30pm. I got a call. I have always have had great things to say about your dealership. Sence Boch Honda West opened a few years years we have purchased 3 cars. Ray More

After my car was inspected I was advised that my coolant should be replaced. Found that of particular interest since it was replaced in November. Also, saw a water fountain but no coffee. Considering how big the Boch organization is, I would have thought they could at least offer their customers a cup of coffee. Not a horrible experience but not a slam dunk either. More

Worst buying experience in my life. Let me start with, Boch had the exact car I was looking for. I saw it listed online. The price just dropped to what I was comfortable in paying. After a few phone calls my wife and I drove a few hours to see the car. I agreed to the price, had to leave a deposit since they would not take a personal check for the full amount. Returned the next day with a bank check for the balance. At that point I felt like we being treated poorly by the staff. I DIDN'T LIKE IT. I told them I wanted to cancel the deal and leave. They had the bank check and wouldn't return it. After some more lousy customer service I just wanted to get the car and get out of there ASAP. If you are a out of state buyer, DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT BOCH. My wife and I where treated very poorly from the start of the deal to the jerk in finances. For the $490 plus they suck out of you for their documentation fees, they screwed everything up. Got to my states registry and couldn't register the car due to missing info that I feel they deliberately left out to inconvenience me further. Unless this was the first time they ever sold a car. I doubt it. Just Jerks...……. I hope the owner see this. I own my own business and if I ever saw a review like this one, I would be cleaning out all the idiots involved before they destroy my business. I AM ONE CUSTOMER THAT WOULD NEVER USE BOCH FOR ANYTHING. I hope you find this helpful. I should have read the reviews on Boch before I went there. I would have keep looking. More
Non appointment car inspection there was an issue with my muffler that was caught during inspection. They told me where I could get it fixed in Chelmsford.
