Better communication Everyone here is super friendly and I love that. But I was very annoyed when I made an appointment to get a new tire. I’m leasing this car from you less than a month ago, and when I ask for a rough estimate to have an idea, the rep said they couldn’t give me one since they don’t have access to that information. Fine. What really annoyed me is when I arrive to my appointment, im told they need to check to see if they have a tire in stock. Cool. They didn’t. So I had to have it ordered and come back. I don’t work in the area, it’s very difficult for me to come by. I think it’s obvious that I’m coming in for a tire replacement, is to make sure the actual tire is there. Ordering and paying I could hace done over the phone or online or on my way home. Not waste an hour waiting for a tire to be ordered to then find someone to take the car to be serviced. Very annoying. More

Recall for my 2018 CRV I was told it would only take approx. 1-1/2 hours. I had an appointment for 9:15 am.. At approx. 4:00pm I started calling 7 times and could not speak I was told it would only take approx. 1-1/2 hours. I had an appointment for 9:15 am.. At approx. 4:00pm I started calling 7 times and could not speak to any one in the service department, I started calling the showroom I was forwarded to service several times no luck. I started calling other phone extensions eventually was connected to services, I was told my car was not ready they would call when it was ready at 5:30pm. I got a call. I have always have had great things to say about your dealership. Sence Boch Honda West opened a few years years we have purchased 3 cars. Ray More

After my car was inspected I was advised that my coolant shou This was my first time having service at this dealer. Overall not a terrible experience. After my car was inspected I was advised that my coolant should be replaced. Found that of particular interest since it was replaced in November. Also, saw a water fountain but no coffee. Considering how big the Boch organization is, I would have thought they could at least offer their customers a cup of coffee. Not a horrible experience but not a slam dunk either. More
