As they fixed the car they discovered another issue I was not even aware of. John explained EVERYTHING to me and assumed I knew nothing which was so great for me with my knowledge of repairs on cars. He quoted me a rate and that is exactly what I paid. He gave me some ideas in the future and what to look for which was very interesting. When I go back again, I will be sure to look for John again, I want him to be my advisor and to take care of my care....I know it is in great hands! More

Waited 1.5 hours for nothing My husband and I walked in on January 19 hoping to test drive an Odyssey. Clearly Boch Honda was having an event going on; we were initially asked by a receptionist if we were there because of the mailing. When we said no, we were quoted a 25-30 minute wait to chat with a sales rep - this seemed 100% reasonable given that they were very clearly busy. The receptionist counted out the list and told us there were 10 people ahead of us waiting. 45 minutes later, we inquired on the state of the list and were told there were only 4 more people ahead of us - they had gotten through 6 people in that time. We expected maybe 20-30 minutes given that span, and decided to go ahead and wait since we really wanted to check out the Odyssey immediately following the Chrysler Pacificas we had just come from test driving, for easy comparison. We sat and continued to chat in the reception area, use our phones to search for more information on the two minivans we were intending to compare. After another 35 minutes it was clear things were quieting down, but nobody had yet come to call for us. We were on a deadline - we had a babysitter at home - so we thought we'd give it another 10 minutes before we left; that would leave us with just enough time to test drive, return, and drive home before our sitter had to go. 10 more minutes and nothing. When we went to the receptionist to have our names taken off the list, she told us it was a shame we couldn't wait because there was "only" one more person in front of us. She had JUST finished telling someone going on the list that "things are really moving now!" Clearly not, if it had taken them 45 minutes to get through 6 customers, and then another 45 minutes to get through 3. I was absolutely willing to make allowances given that they were obviously having a busy day, but the lack of attention paid and failure to have any form of formal system for people on the wait list was just unacceptable. Had we been quoted an accurate wait time, we would have opted to go test other makes on our list and come back to Boch Honda another day. Instead this completely blew up our entire test-drive venture and deadline, and we didn't get to test anything else that day - this completely left a sour taste in our mouths, and we will opt to take our Honda interests elsewhere. Left me wondering if they did the work I went in for an oil change because of a maintenance code. I apparently needed an transmission flush and to replace fluid in the rear differential. They also needed to rotate the tires, seeing the pressure was low I specifically asked to make sure the tires were at the correct pressure. When I got the 2016 Pilot back over $270 dollars later the tires were the same and me wondering if they did the work. NOT HAPPY More
Waited for over 2 hours for an oil change! I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, and when I got there I was told it could still be an hour. That was fine. The woman came out after about 45 mins to say they were doing a system update for the computer system, but that it wouldn’t take any longer than the oil change, and it should be done shortly. After 2 hours, I had to ask where my car was and what they were doing to it. 10 minutes later the woman came out and said it was all set, with no explanation, no apology, and no offering to comp any of my services. I asked her what took so long and if they could do anything to discount my services since it took almost 2.5 hours at that point. She talked to her manager and the service tech. She said that the computer system update took longer than expected due to issues, which was never communicated to me when it was happening (I would have told them I couldn’t do it because I needed to get to work). The manager gave me 20$ off, which although nice, I didn’t feel I should have had to ask for, and I do feel a larger discount should have been applied, if not a full comp for my services. The manager did not even come out to talk to me, even though he was right there talking with the service woman, he made her deal with it. She was very nice, and I know it wasn’t her fault, so I feel bad she had to deal w my frustrations, but she could have communicated better to me throughout the 2.5 hours (when it shouldn’t have taken longer than 1 hour total). I was very disappointed because I have done every service here, and bought the car here. I am never one to complain, but the way this was handled left a bad taste in my mouth. I will likely not go back to this location. More
