I visited quite a few dealerships and learned a lot about the whole process of purchasing a new car. Boch Honda West was up front and honest , no pressure sales, no hidden fees, no surprises. They gave me the best price and a good trade-in value. My daughter loved my new car so much that she purchased the same car a day later. Now that says a lot for Boch Honda West !! More

False advertising I found several Honda’s listed at good prices on both car gurus and true car. Both sites noted in the details there would be a 479 doc fee. Both sites showed the car as a Certified Pre Owned (CPO) and advertised a good price. When I went to purchase the car I was told I had to pay for the (cpo) an additional $1,043.00. I asked multiple times for an explanation but none was given. Avoid Boch Honda West. That doesn’t even account for the fact we had an appointment yet still had to wait, and we filled in the car we were interested in yet was asked for a stock number when we got there. I am surprised Ernie Boch would put his name on this place! More

They replacement was very expensive, even for the dealership the replacement of two , $12 dollar parts and a single hour of labor was $178.00 i didn't ask what Honda charges for hourly labor but that seems exce the replacement of two , $12 dollar parts and a single hour of labor was $178.00 i didn't ask what Honda charges for hourly labor but that seems excessive. Oil change and other done quick!! Went for oil change and they recomment other services. So I ask them to do done thoes as well. It was looks like busy day but they done it within an Went for oil change and they recomment other services. So I ask them to do done thoes as well. It was looks like busy day but they done it within an hour or so. They will do multi-point inspection so you know what need to be replace and what not. They have big waiting room with some desks and kids space. So you can bring your kids with you if you need. Great place to get service of car. More
