However, when you're greeted with a smile and handshake and they remember your last chat about your child's tournament its nice! I never feel like just another face at Boch Honda West Service. Also as a woman it's truly appreciated to see women working at the desk. I recommend them to my friends and family even if they don't drive a Honda. Excellent experience again! Overcharged and Underserved I have already relayed the following concerns to Boch but received no response whatsoever. At the end of a B service performed on my 15 Fit, the servi I have already relayed the following concerns to Boch but received no response whatsoever. At the end of a B service performed on my 15 Fit, the service rep came back with the technicians 14 point inspection The tech characterized my drive belt as cracked and rotted and requiring immediate replacement. She qualified that Boch did not have the belt in stock. I would need a separate appointment and would need to pay for the belt before they went about getting it. I confirmed the recommendation was to replace the alternator belt Part# 31110-5R0-003. I was charged over $75 for the part when list price is $45.95. Asking why I was being charged so much over list I was told it was because it was an OEM part. I was then steered into making a stand alone appointment the next day to replace the belt and was charged for a full hour of labor. This "repair" cost over $200 when I should have been properly advised to do it in conjunction with my next sevice and should not have been overcharged for the part. Frankly the experience left me feeling the service department lacks integrity. More

Within 6 months after I purchased my car I was told to replace my car battery with my own cost. Why should I purchase car from here when you can not foreseen and fix known issues before selling a car. This is ridiculous, I think I made worst decision to purchase car from this center. I will not recommend anyone to purchase car from here and I will also raise this to Honda to avoid anyone else getting cheated by false advertisement and promises. More
