I still went in, family in tow, with some trepidation. I had intended to merely test drive the vehicle as we were heading out for a short vacation. Ryan's demeanor was such that we were comfortable through the test drive, then sitting at his desk while he answered all my questions. Never felt pressured. Most importantly to me, during our interactions, I clearly had Ryan's full attention. I wavered twice, intending to take a day to think it over, but still no pressure from Ryan. I had space to make a decision I am comfortable with and ultimately ended with a great deal that the family really likes. Ryan also went out of his way to furnish supplementary items and follow up with the questions I left him with. Over several days, he answered my calls even though the sale was complete (I left the vehicle at the store for the week for a sunroof install). My wife had recently purchased her vehicle (at another dealership) and was not thrilled at all with the idea of any car buying experience. However, as we walked out the first day, she turned to me and said, "Next year I want to come back here and buy my next car from Ryan". He won us over to be repeat customers, preferably from him.
