He called me back when he said he would with updates on the delivery of the vehicle and never made me feel like we were just another sale to him. His enthusiasm to work with us showed through in everything he did and he never made us feel like we were asking too many questions or being a bother - he truly wanted to help us whether we bought the car or not, to make sure that my son got the best vehicle for him.
