Poor customer service The wait time was beyond acceptable. We just kept being told a few more minutes a few more minutes. After two hours of sitting and waiting with my daughter we were finally told there was a child area. Still kept telling us it’s going to happen it’s going to happen. I was told by Justin I could take my car home that day. After four hours of waiting and finally seeing the finance department and three rounds of paperwork after corrections needed to be made, I was informed that I could not take my car home that day and Justin had put down on the paperwork Tuesday without telling me. Finance department was very nice and respectful. Came back on Tuesday to take my car only to drive away from the dealership with an empty tank of gas and one key not working. More

Ryan was friendly and helpful in the whole process, from the initial test drive to the final delivery of my car to my town hall in New Hampshire. Apparently Boch is one of the few dealers that will actually do all the paper work for free to register the car for you if you live outside of Massachusetts. Bob Signori had a sense of humor and offered me a good discount on an 8 year 100k mile extended warranty. Both Ryan and Bob were not pushy at all in selling up, but just gave me the options. Ryan called me a week after I got my car to make sure that everything was good and I told him yes. The only reason I gave 4/5 instead of 5/5 is that I had to wait more than 30min both times I was at the dealership, even though I did not notice more than maybe 2-3 other customers present. More
