So sad about my experience I came in the second weekend in a row as my lease was coming to a close and I wanted to see what I could get and test drive another CR-V. No I have been a loyal customer of this dealership, I leased my last CRV from here, got it serviced here and same holds true for our Element. I had an awesome experience the last time and always am treated well in Service, so why not be loyal even if It wasn't my dream car. I arrived and was greeted by a manager who immediately brought me to Justin. Now i was willing to give Justin a shot even though he seemed put out and less than thrilled about having to deal with me. His social skills were lackluster but whatever, i was here to lease my next car. I had filled out all paperwork online and was already preapproved THRU Honda! We drove 2 different cars and i decided on the CRV and was ready to make the deal that day if we could get to the same place. First thing he asked was how i got the deal i got last time? WHAT?!?! Honda is advertising 260.00 for the CRV currently! So why is this a surprise? I told him the payment I was comfortable with and he said ok.. Good... so i give him the info he asked for... told him i was preapproved and showed him the papers and the credit app i had filled out online. GREAT! he wanders off to talk to the manager. I wait patiently for 15-20 minutes maybe more and he comes back asks for my current cars keys and registration. Now we still haven't talked about any numbers...No prob. Doesn't come back for at least 20+ minutes, but then comes back and asks me to fill out a credit application. I reiterated i had already done that and emailed it to him. He left again, mind you still holding on to my keys. I am now a hostage. I am frustrated as we have been here for well over an hour just waiting around and no movement. I get up and someone asks if i need help to which i reply i would like my keys back. Justin comes back and apologizes but needs me to fill out the application. Again i reiterate he has the email and wasn't that the point of doing it online. I asked for my keys back but he has to go and get them from his manager. A few minutes later, enter the manager... i asked for the keys and put my hand put for them and repeat that Justin has my app, to which he replies he would handle it personally seemingly like this was new information. 5 minutes later the manager is less than friendly and comes back with a figure 200.00 OVER what I have been paying and was willing to pay. I pointed that out and said Justin knew this was not in my ballpark. The response.... sorry thats the number... 500.00 for a CRV lease!!! That was his explanation! Now, I should add here that Justin never returned after I asked for keys and really was not a presence after the initial info intake.... so much for salesmanship. Why am I sad? I recommended Boch Honda West to everyone I knew and was always so pleased with the service i received and their fairness. This was an enormous disappointment and I will not be making this mistake again. It is unfortunate when you are let down by a place that was always friendly, accomodating and fair. I was genuinely distraught and upset by this experience. More

Anthony is the best advisor Last year in Feb, I reported a problem with my starter staying engaged longer than it should. The advisor at the time didn’t treat the issue seriously Last year in Feb, I reported a problem with my starter staying engaged longer than it should. The advisor at the time didn’t treat the issue seriously and asked me if I knew when to release the starter once a car turned over. It was insulting. The problem wasn’t fixed and I continued to have the problem periodically in 2018 and Q1 of 2019. This time, I described the same issue to Anthony. He listened to the description respectfully and when I finished, he had a guess what the root cause might be. He showed me a YouTube video and asked me to listen to the sound. I was astonished when I heard the exact same troublesome sound as my starter. He let the mechanic know about a possible actuator issue which had been reported on 2014 CRVs. The mechanic agreed with the diagnostic and replaced the actuator. The car is now working properly. I was impressed by how genuine Anthony was and really cared about my experience as a customer. He’s the best advisor at Boch Honda Westford. More
