Cambridge Honda is SO much better and I regret not going back - you guys are just closer to me now. Was here 5 hours though I was told this visit would be 2-2.5 hours. I asked to have my oil changed as part of the 90k service - “yes sir, sure thing.” Just realized that they didn’t when I was toggling the dial on my dash. Are you xxxxing kidding me? Still reads 40% though I see an itemized bit for oil at $22.50 on my bill. Common sense - and a specific request - would point to changing the oil at a 90k check up, no? Was sure sold some new break pads though. Kept getting told “15-20 more mins” and hours would pass. To be sure, folks were pleasant and friendly, but this took FOREVER and didn’t even include the oil change I specifically requested so now I get to waste more time - to be sure, not here - getting that changed. More
