I feel extremely unhappy and dissatisfied. I blame both Honda and the dealer for this poor workmanship and quality even though the front office friendliness was very good. Unfortunately!!! More

My only complaint is that when I returned for my inspection sticker, what was supposed to be a quick 30 minutes turned into over one hour! Otherwise, Boch Honda West is the best!!!!! More

Ryan was very honest, straightforward and advocated on my behalf for a fair price. He never made me feel pressured and I felt like he treated me like a person and not a means to a commission. He is incredibly polite and goes the extra mile for his clients. He came in on his day off to help get my car ready for pick up. I highly recommend him, especially for first time car buyers. More

tire replacement Came in with a low tire pressure problem in one tire. Service personnel identified a leaky rim and suggested getting the tires which were worn out als Came in with a low tire pressure problem in one tire. Service personnel identified a leaky rim and suggested getting the tires which were worn out also replaced while fixing rim. Scheduled service for two days later because the rim needed to be ordered, and put on the spare. This process must have damaged the tire sensor because tpms light came on after this visit. Came back two days later to get the job completed. A job of replacing the tires with the one new rim plus alignment. I was told it willl take 1.5-2hrs. It took 3 hours and after those three hours, the service person realized that they forgot to put the new rim which took another 45 min. When I got back the car all that time later, the tpms light was still on. I asked about it and they basically washed their hands off it and claimed I must have put some generic sensor there. When I clarified that the light came on only when they put the spare on, he then offered to tell me what it will take to replace it. Shouldn’t this have been initiated a whole lot earlier while I was waiting for my car? I had had enough frustration for the day and drove out. I have used their service before but never expected it to be this poor this time. My past experiences have all been reasonable but this was awful and incredibly frustrating. A complementary hubcap that was added though a nice gesture does not make up for sloppy work. More
